About Dr. Robert Lee
Dr. Lee uses his 25+ years of experience to deliver the highest standards of dental care.
Education
Born and raised in Toronto. Dr. Lee attended high schools Earl Haig high school and A.Y. Jackson Secondary School in North York. Dr. Lee always had a keen interest in science and contemplated a career in the Health Sciences. Upon speaking with Dr. Alan Joe, an orthodontist, and a family friend, Dr. Lee decided that he would apply for dental school and pursue a career in dentistry after completing undergraduate studies in Biochemistry. Dr. Lee attended U of T and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry. Subsequently, Dr. Lee went on to complete his dentistry degree at the University of Western Ontario.
Experience
After graduation, Dr. Lee went into private practice in North York and Scarborough before establishing a dentistry practice in Richmond Hill in 2005. Dr.Lee spent many years associating with Dr. Paul Newman in Scarborough as well as working in Public Health dentistry in public schools for a number of years. Dr. Lee also served on the Emergency Dental Services which provided emergency dental care for patients suffering from toothaches to abscesses. Dr. Lee gained a lot of experience in treating patients in all these different settings. Everybody can have dental problems at any time in their lives from the very poor to the very rich. Dr. Lee would like to help you conquer your dental fears and phobias. Dr. Lee is married and has two children and is a member of the Toronto Chinese community church in Markham. Dr. Lee believes in helping individuals from a humanistic level and that dentistry is one aspect in which he can help people with their dental needs and fears.
